Successfully connecting your bank

Steps to successfully connect your bank

1. Try logging in to your online banking (not mobile banking app) on an internet browser like safari or google chrome.

2. Once logged in, make sure all of your information is up to date on your banking profile (phone number, email address, your security questions are all created, your current password meets your banks security criteria)

3. Go back to your messages or email and try the income verification link again.

Still unsuccessful?

4. On your mobile app or online banking, go to your settings or security. Turn off or disable your biometrics login (faceID or fingerprintID) if you have this turned on.

5. Once complete, in settings or security turn on or enable 2-step verification also known as 2FA or 2 Factor.

6. Go back to your messages or email and try the income verification link again.
